WHAT ARE THE POWER REQUIREMENTS OF THE RACK PRO-2?
The Rack Pro-2 draws less than 1500W when in operation. Please specify your desired input voltage when purchasing.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF THE RACK PRO-2?
The Rack Pro-2 weighs approximately 350lbs (~160Kg) dry. This is a team lift machine with built in rigging points for cranes.
WHAT WIRE DOES THE RACK PRO-2 USE?
The Rack Pro-2 uses 0.3mm diameter wire by default, but this can be customized to meet your needs. Default spool size is P-5. You may supply your own or purchase from Rack Robotics.
CAN I GET THE RACK PRO-2 IN MY COMPANY'S COLORS?
Yes. Please note that custom colors will be an extra charge as they cannot be bundled with our stock units during powder coating.
HOW DO I PROGRAM CUTS FOR THE RACK PRO-2?
We recommend using LightBurn for WEDM CAM. A license of LightBurn can be provided for free with the purchase of a Rack Pro-2.
I HAVE CUSTOM NEEDS. HOW EXPENSIVE ARE CUSTOMIZATIONS?
Even for more complex changes to the Rack Pro-2, most of our customers pay less than $5,000 for customizations. We charge for NRE and additional materials on customizations. If you order subsequent machines with the same modifications, we drop the NRE charge.
I NEED THE MACHINE FASTER THAN THE STANDARD LEADTIME. CAN YOU RUSH MY UNIT?
Yes! For standard spec units we can rush for only $3,000. This will cut your expected lead time in half, with deliveries often occurring sooner than this.
