Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

When available, shipments are picked up on Friday of each week. In case of holidays or shipping service closures, shipments will happen on the next available service day. If possible, prior to the next shipment Friday.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-orders will ship upon completion and readiness of product. Stated target dates for pre-order shipping are not guaranteed. Rack Robotics makes no guarantee on pre-order availability and delivery dates.
